Upon successful verification of the authenticity of your YOUNGKIT product, a promo code will be generated which will be tied to the email address you used to log in or register. Coupons are valid for 30 days after generation.This promo code will only be generated once for each verified product and can only be used once when purchasing YOUNGKIT products listed on the official website (except for co-branded series, #YOUNGKITProtects and new products). Promo codes are for online purchases only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promo codes.If you have any issues generating or using a promo code, please contact our customer service team.
If your product fails our verification system, we encourage you to try again and make sure you follow each of the steps listed on the home page to get verified.If your product still fails our verification system, it means your product is not a genuine YOUNGKIT product. Unfortunately, we cannot provide any compensation, warranty or service, nor any legal advice, in connection with counterfeit products.If you have the misfortune to purchase a counterfeit product, you should contact your point of purchase/retailer for clarification. Yes, you can verify your product as many times as you want. During verification, the system will display the verification record of the product.

Note that when you verify your product again, you will no longer be able to redeem any promo codes. If you have not used your promo code, the unused promo code will not be displayed when you verify your product again, and the promo code will be automatically sent to the email address you originally used to verify the product.

Yes, the verification label is part of the order, please return the verification label with the product when returning or exchanging the product.
