    As long as you provide us with proof of the problem within the 6-month warranty period after receiving the product, you can replace your product of the same model if the damage is not caused by man-made or accidental, and the number of replacements is limited to one time.   • If I don't like the product I purchased, can I return it?
  • If you want to return your product, please contact us within ten days of receiving the product (according to the receipt date on the tracking record, if applicable) to request the return without explaining the reason (of course we hope you can explain the reason so that we can further improve products and services). We will give you guidance and follow up the return situation. We only accept one-time returns and the product must be returned in good condition.   • Product return and exchange restrictions:
  • 1. Please note that if you purchase a custom-made product, since the custom-made product is your exclusive creative work, all custom-made products can only be refunded (after deducting discounts and shipping costs) 50% amount.
    2. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
    3. If the order is purchased from a store in Shanghai, China, we accept a refund within 10 days of purchasing the product (subject to the date of purchase on the receipt). Please bring the unopened product and the original receipt to the store for return.
    4. All products purchased from the Collection Series, Golden Phone Bug 3D Stereo AirPods Pro Case, lottery products and special offer areas are non-refundable or returnable under any circumstances, unless there is a quality problem without a statement.
    5.If the original product is discontinued or out of stock, with your consent, we will replace it with a similar product safely. In case of any dispute, YOUNGKIT reserves the final decision。
  • What should I do if I receive a faulty product?
  • Rest assured, we provide you with the most secure protection. If there is a quality problem with the product you received, please contact us and provide relevant photos as proof. Please note that customers must return all faulty products. If the goods are returned or exchanged due to quality problems within ten days after receiving the goods, we will bear the shipping costs involved in the return. However, if the product is returned due to quality problems within ten days after receiving the product, the customer shall be responsible for all costs involved in the return. Until we receive the return package, the risk remains with the customer. Therefore, we recommend customers to choose registered or trackable mail service when sending back packages to prevent any damage or loss during delivery. Immediately after we receive the product, we will arrange for you to replace it with the same product. If the product you need to replace is discontinued or out of stock, we will provide you with a similar product as a substitute. If you fail to return the relevant product, or if the product is damaged or lost during the return period, we reserve the right to refuse to return or exchange.

  • We offer a one-time six-month warranty on most selected YOUNGKIT products. If there is a problem with the product you purchased during the 6-month warranty period, please contact us and provide relevant photos, order numbers or receipts. YOUNGKIT will have someone to follow up and find solutions for you to ensure that you are satisfied with our services.
  • Warranty Policy Notes:
  • 1 Man-made or accidental damage is not covered.
    2 Warranty does not apply to scratches or any damage caused by normal aging, natural wear and tear of the product.
    3 The scope of service coverage is limited to products purchased on YOUNGKIT’s official website or stores, and other products (such as mobile phones or tablets) are not accepted. Any repair costs incurred due to damage to electronic equipment are not covered by the warranty.
    4 If there is an unconditional return/exchange after ten days or a product that has enjoyed a six-month one-time maintenance service, no refund will be given.
    5 Please note that customers must return all defective products. If you fail to return the relevant product, or if the product is damaged or lost during the return period, we reserve the right to refuse to return or exchange.
    6 Shipping charges are non-refundable.
    7 Lost or stolen products will not be exchanged or refunded.
    8 Screen protectors, lens protectors, Golden Phone Bug 3D AirPods Pro case, exclusive limited edition gift box and BE@RBRICK art toys are not covered.
