Returns And Exchanges
- Can I return my product for a refund? certainly! If you want to return your product, please contact us within ten days of receiving the product (according to the delivery date on the tracking record, if applicable) to request the return without explaining the reason (of course we hope you can explain the reason so that we can further improve products and services) . We only accept one-time returns. Returns without prior notice will not be accepted.

Product return and exchange restrictions:
1. Please note that because customized products are your exclusive creative works, all customized products can only be refunded for 50% of the value of the goods (after deducting discounts and shipping costs).
2. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
3. If the order is purchased from a store in Shanghai, China, we accept a refund within 10 days of purchasing the product (subject to the date of purchase on the receipt). Please bring the unopened product and the original receipt to the store for return.
4. All products purchased from the Collection Collection, Gold Phone Bug 3D Stereo AirPods Pro Case and Special Offers are non-refundable or returnable under any circumstances.
5. If the original product has been discontinued or out of stock, with your consent, we will arrange a replacement with a similar product. In case of any dispute, YOUNGKIT reserves the right of final decision.
Can I return my product for an exchange? certainly! The cumulative consumption amount of the YOUNGKIT Club Membership Program does not include the additional amount paid through the PayPal receiving link. - Will I receive full payment for my order if I need to return it? Shipping charges are non-refundable. Any discount codes with minimum purchase conditions may no longer apply after removing the products from the order. In addition, the discount applied to the second or more items will not apply if the order is partially returned, and the unreturned products will be charged at the original price, and shipping charges may also be charged.
Since personalized products are your own creative creations, all personalized products can only be refunded for 50% of the value of the item (less discounts and shipping).
Returns will be refunded according to the method of payment. It may take a while for the trading platform to process your refund.
- Do you provide return labels? Please note that the customer is responsible for all costs involved in returning an item. Until we receive the return package, the risk remains with the customer. Therefore, we recommend customers to choose registered or trackable mail service when sending back packages to prevent any damage or loss during delivery.
